In this big city, somehow, is quite difficult to look for self-made yet delicious food, especially a tendering bite noodle! However, I managed to have it in Yip's Kitchen (formerly known YIP KEE) @ Sunway Pyramid. 在這大城市里, 真正好吃又爽口的傳統手工麵可是少之又少. Sunway Pyramid Shopping 里就有啦! 那就是業小廚(業記).

I strongly recommend to you their wan-ton noodle - it just give me a you-want-more feeling after the first bite! What to go with the noodle is up to you, they have variety of choices. I tried the signature - Shrimp Wan-Ton Noodle 港式鮮蝦云吞麵. You must also try this - Stewed Beef Brisket Noodle 馳名古香牛腩麵. The beef is so tender and soft, and most important, it does not carry the beef smell. 以上兩道麵是一定要吃的. 就算你只吃碗不配料的清湯麵, 都充以吃的回味無窮, 根何況你配上這兩道獨特的招牌菜.

Yip's Special Curry Chicken Noodle / Rice 業招牌咖哩麵/飯 is also one of the must try noodle. I like the curry chicken very much, somehow wonder whether can order separately as i didn't see it in the menu. It is just so rich of the curry taste that make me think of my mum's cooking. 這咖哩雞真是令我難忘, 它令我想起了媽媽煮的味道.

We tried a snack, Deep Fried Eggplant with Chicken Floss 肉絲脆茄子. It's so so so so delicious, that i can recall every moment whenever I see eggplant! Trust me, try yourself. Not only that, the Roast Duck is one of the delicious signature dish. 這小食是老板娘推荐的, 我真的沒想到它就這樣的令我愛上了它. 除了這, Roast Duck 明爐脆皮燒鴨也很美味.

Langat Seafood And Beer Garden 呀吃海鮮啤酒園(山水魚)

Initially I really wonder, how do people know about this place!!! The road leading to this restaurant is really like you going into the forest or water-fall. However, once you reached there, the very first thing that impress you is the owner's fishes. Please go and see by your self ya! 每個腳落的美食都一定會被人找到, 就如這間餐館! 當你踏入大門時, 老板養的魚真的令你眼前一亮! As the name suggested - 山水魚 (fishes that rear wi th mountain water) is one of the famous dish in this restaurant. As tasted, eeemmm it is really good! Worth trying as the fish is so fresh where the owner own the pond. Name of the dish is Claypot Tilapia 生焗非洲. 就如招牌, 山水魚是正店的主打菜. 個人來說, 是道很開胃的菜, 由其是那超級新鮮的魚(都是自己魚塘養的).

Second dish that we tried is Spicy Fresh Water Prawn (in basket) 龍仔生蝦. It tasted like Sweet & Sour Prawn with a very tick sauce. One prawn cost RM25 and it will cut into 2, and we ordered 2 prawns. 由己個人不太喜歡吃甜而濃液的食物, 所以對我而言, 就不怎樣吸引. 但如你喜歡這樣的煮法, 它倒是道好菜, 因為蝦真的是新鮮.

Only 3 of us went, thus, we ordered only 3 dishes where the third dish is Fried Brocolli with Prawn & Squid 西蘭花炒吊片蝦球. To be frank, the taste is a bit flat, however, if it does suits you, you may try too as the prawn is fresh. 我們就只有3個人, 所以也不怎樣叫多菜. 第3道菜雖不怎樣特別, 但那新鮮的吊片及蝦球也令你值得一試!

Another plus point is, since you travel so far for a meal, you may take a photo shoots surrounding their fish pond. This is what I took for myself by my photographer friend (Lorsy)!! 其實, 要你特地跑到老遠去吃一頓飯好像很廢精神嗎! 別擔心, 吃了你可在那優美的環境照照相. 看看我, 這是我的著名攝影師朋友, Lorsy, 照的! 如何?
