馬六甲古早咖哩叉燒. 它不像一般聞名城中的"玻璃叉燒", 肥中帶點瘦, 甜中帶膠汁感. 本店的叉燒瘦肉較多(主因 : 顧客們都怕肥)并稍微帶點紅, 而肉質確非常爽口, 硬中帶軟! 配上咖哩汁更是天下無敵啦! 哈哈哈哈... 也不是啦, 配上咖哩汁的主因是為了增加胃ロ, 甜中帶辣的口感可真不賴的喔!Malacca Old-Day Curry Char-Siew. Unlike what you normally had, despite the sweet taste, we top up with the curry sauce which will derive the combination flavour of sweet and yet the hot taste. This will definitely give you a great appetite!
馬六甲辣椒云吞麵, 魚鮫麵! 在這繁忙城中的正宗馬六甲人可對這兩大麵食思念如命, 尤其是那"馬六甲辣椒"! ????????? 你們是不是都在很好奇這是個什么東東呀! 來我店吃吃看, 你就知道我們在講什么了. 純正的只賣這兩道麵, 恐怕我這小老板娘維持不來, 所以, 當地人也能來品嚐咖哩雞, 白雞云吞麵.
Malacca Chili Wantan Noodle & Fish Cake Noodle. If you are a Malaccan who has been stay in this big city for years, we are sure you missed this very much. Non-Malaccan are wondering now, what is this? I'm not going to tell what it is now, please dropby my restaurant to try it out yourself! However, to suits the local market demand, you may also find Curry Chicken & White Chicken Wantan Noodle at my shop.
娘惹豆醬雞飯. 炒香蔥頭子與豆醬, 將雞片放入, 炒至半熟, 倒入適當水份及調味料, 慢火炆熟, 上碟享用! 想像的到它是什么味道嗎? 對煮是0知識的人, "你在說什么啦!" 還是那句話, 來我店吃囉! 嘻嘻嘻... Nyonya Pongteh Chicken Rice. This is basically using shallot, tau-cu paste, potato, chicken, & seasoning to cook, it taste little bit salty yet sweet!
海南咖哩羊肉. 千萬不要給我那"eeeee......高膽固醇, 臭羊騷味" 的反應. 俗人說, "吃少為補, 吃多為害", 而五香材料也用來蓋過羊騷的味. 吃了多做運動就好啦! 不吃就一定是你人生中的一大損失! 考慮考慮.... 除此之外, 海南咖哩羊肉也能拿來塔配本店的椰漿飯, 就成了海南咖哩羊肉椰漿飯. 娘惹辣肉片, 海南咖哩雞都是本店的好配塔. Hainanese Curry Mutton. This may serve as a dish, and also to go with our Nasi Lemak, which called hainanese curry mutton nasi lemak. Despite this, Nyonya Chili Pork, and Hainanese Curry Chicken goes well with our nasi lemak or just had it as a dish too.
海南咖哩雞. 咖哩雞就咖哩雞嗎, 為何又叫海南咖哩雞? eemmmm.... 我也不稍得, 從公公婆婆年代叫到現在. 据我所知, 是材料的差別, 而無可否認, 海南咖哩雞是真的好好吃哩. As mentioned earlier this may serve either as a dish or go together with nasi lemak. However, what make ithis Hainanese Curry Chicken different is basically the ingredients used.

Chinese New Year is just round the corner, My Kitchen Restaurant would like to take this opportunity to introduce to you her Traditional Chinese New Year Hainanese Cuisine that commence from 6th Jan 08 - 29th Feb 08.
Hainanese Curry Lamb Shank. Originally it supposed to be Hainanese Curry Mutton, as my place is also famous with her Hainanese Mutton Soup (see below), so I gave it a twist by using Lamb Shank. This is really a worth trying dish! 海南咖哩羊腿是道改良的新年佳肴, 而是道值得一試的美食. 除此之外, 海南燉羊湯也是本店主菜之一.
Duck is famous in one of the town in Hainan Island called "Kai-Chek", with dish name "Kai-Chek Ak". Unlike other braised duck that you find elsewhere, this came with 5 spices too. Emm.... it is simply yummy!! I personaly like it very much! 加積鴨是道海南加積市的著名美食. 在父之廚, 我們稱為海南五香鹵鴨. 將起味和五香料聯合, 在鹵上個1小時半, emm.... 好吃好吃 :)
Hainanese Pork Trotter. Pure Hainanese may love it, for the rest, I am not sure as it came with the fat and bones that needed you to really bite. And, it give you more towards 5 spices taste. Again, provided you do like 5 spices taste! 如你喜歡在ハ角及貴皮味中享用肥肉, 我想你可喜歡這道海南豬蹄啦!
This is a very traditional dish among Hainanese, and I think it almost lost among the younger generation, especially many do not cook! It uses garlic, soya sauce, oyster sauce and cooking wine to made up, and you will find it a bit salty and sweet with garlice fragrant smell.
